Celebrate Independence Day at the 28th Annual Family Fun Day! After the Roughrider Days Parade, make your way to the front lawn of Dickinson State University, where festivities kick off at 11am. Join us for our annual 5K Race benefiting local youth through the Best Friends Mentoring Program, featuring a Youth Fun Run, 1K & 5K Walk/Run, and the free Little Sparks Dash for kids 11 and under.​

Join us for our annual race event benefiting local youth served by the Best Friends Mentoring Program! The morning begins with a Youth Fun Run at 7:45am, followed by the 1K and 5K Walk/Run at 8:00am. Children ages 11 and under can also enjoy the Little Sparks Dash, a free event designed just for them.
Please be register online and take part in this fun community tradition that helps make a lasting difference in the lives of local children through mentorship.

This beloved community tradition transforms the campus into a giant playground for kids of all ages. Enjoy giant inflatables, toddler bouncers, obstacle courses, and classic games, plus live music, a vendor show, face painting, balloon twisting, hometown heroes, and plenty of delicious food from local vendors.
Admission to the grounds is free, and wristbands for inflatable attractions can be purchased online. Bring the whole family and join us for a day filled with laughter, fun, and celebration!
