One-to-One
One-to-one mentoring is a personalized support system where a mentor and mentee build a trusting relationship through regular meetings. Mentors provide guidance, encouragement, and positive role modeling to help mentees grow and succeed. They meet for one hour a week, either at the mentee’s school or in the community, offering flexibility to fit their needs and schedule.
Group Mentoring
Group mentoring brings together small groups of mentees with mentors to learn, share, and grow in a supportive environment. Over 12 weeks, they meet after school to discuss a different topic each week, covering important life skills, personal development, and future goals. This group setting fosters connection, teamwork, and meaningful conversations.
